Do you dress up?
We are always dressed to suit the occasion, no ripped jeans (unless of course that's what you want).

 

Do you have a written contract?
We always have and require a written contract for everyone's security, it is simple to fill out via our client area on our website.

 

Do you have backup equipment and staff?
We always have onsite backup equipment in case anything breaks down it can be replaced immediately to avoid a lengthy downtime. Backup staff is available so you don't have to worry about your DJ not showing up.

 

Do you carry liability insurance?
We are covered for liability in the case of an unlikely mishap.

 

Does the contracted time include setup?
All quotes given with times are the time from when the music starts to when the music ends. Setup and tear down are done before and after.

 

Do you provide dinner music?
If you would like music playing from the time your guests arrive to the time they leave, no problem. We are always prepared to play cocktail/dinner music of the appropriate style and at the appropriate volume.

 

Do you offer a discount for multiple bookings?
Pending availability of dates we offer multiple booking discounts, including our Stag & Doe special, when booked in conjunction with a wedding reception.

 

Do you have bilingual DJ's available?
Not all of our DJ's are bilingual, you need to let us know if you require one at the time of booking.

 

Is it possible to see one of your DJ's in action?
We do not invite potential clients to our other clients private functions, if we have a public event happening we will let you know. We typically get at least one booking via referral through every event, visit our testimonials section to see what previous clients are saying. You will also have the comfort in knowing we will not showcase your event as a sales event for ourselves.

 

Will the DJ take requests?
We always take and encourage requests from your guests at the event, as well when you book with us you will be given access to our client area where you can compile a request list including; "Must play", "Play if possible", and "Do not play" lists directly from our huge online database of songs.

 

Are the DJ's interactive?
We have different levels of interactivity, and are more than happy to make announcements, do introductions, even MC. We can perform "Ice breaker games" if requested and encourage guests to join the party...

 

Does the DJ take a break at all during the evening?
If at anytime the DJ needs to take a break the music will not stop, songs will be setup to continue not usually for more than 2 or 3 songs.

 

Do we need to provide dinner for the DJ?
From the time the DJ arrives to the time they leave is usually somewhere between 8 and 10 hours, in this time they don't usually get to leave, so dinner is appreciated.
